5 and 6 June 2025

Ostuni, Italy

On 5 and 6 June 2025, in the splendid setting of Ostuni, an event of great relevance took place, dedicated to key themes for our present: nutrition, diet and physical well-being. Two intense and highly participatory days, during which Salute Alimentare had the honour of contributing actively.

In collaboration with Varvello 1888 and Moringa Salento, we offered a selection of healthy snacks during the coffee break at Palazzo Comunale in Ostuni, and then continued our contribution in two exceptional locations: Hotel Relais Sant’Eligio and Hostaria Antica Posada.

🔍 Our goal? To promote a healthy and conscious diet, starting from what people are really looking for: taste, well-being, quality. We are here to listen, propose and innovate.

We are only at the beginning, but the direction is clear: to improve food health, one choice at a time.
